Loved the backyard space to wash the dog and hang out. Nice place, everything we needed. It was within close proximity to a great dog friendly beach, Poplar Beach. We loved the location.

Karen’s place was a sanctuary after a long day of shooting a short film. We didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would’ve liked, but we’ll just have to return! :) Beautiful place!

Awesome location, very quiet and close to the park and beach.
The inside decor with plants was also very well done and appreciated. Overall a very good place, will likely book again.

Start to finish, Guliz and her property were perfection. She reached out to me to offer early check-in due to cancelation. She also informed us of a recent failure of the washing machine on the property, but offered a solution should we need it and let us know when a new one would be delivered.
Everything was exactly as described when we arrived. The house was stunning and extremely clean and organized. Guliz thought of everything we could need, including beach equipment and even dog bowls and beds. We now need to buy a new dog bed because our pup fell in love! The walk to the trails/beach was easy, beautiful and directions were spot on. Don't sleep on these trails!
Guliz really went the extra mile when we discovered that the boogie boards listed were not in there designated space. She dropped off a brand new board while we were out and my kids were thrilled.
Communication was amazing and Guliz was very nice and quick to respond. We love this home and intend to return very soon!

We had a wonderful time at Karen’s place celebrating a family birthday. The layout of the kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for spending time together. Additionally, the hot tub was the cleanest we’ve ever seen at an AirBnB. Location was quiet and a short walk to the local coffee shop and several other nearby restaurants. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed to date!

We loved our time in El Granada and hope to be back! The two restaurants at the end of the street were fantastic, the house had everything we needed, and we were all very comfortable!

If you are looking for cozy this is your space. This tiny house was just the cutest! The pictures don’t do it justice. The outdoor patio is absolutely fabulous! The bed was comfortable with great pillows!! This was a very last minute reservation. We literally booked two hours before arriving. Guliz was very sweet, answered right away, had lights on as well as the fan. This cozy cottage is steps from the beach. The neighborhood is super safe, very quiet. What a beautiful experience! Highly recommend this tiny house!

We stayed at Karen's beautiful home while we were hosting some family from out of town. The home is modern, bright, spacious, and well maintained. We have stayed in the Half Moon Bay/El Granada area 1-2 times a year for the last 5 years and this is definitely one of the best places we've rented. The upstairs open floorplan was a highlight, with a high-end kitchen opening up to a large, comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean. The downstairs also had a cozy family room and led to the roomy backyard, perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. The house had everything we needed and more. The easy access to the shore, restaurants, shops, and parks was an added plus. Karen was a welcoming and responsive host, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her home or to stay here again.

My family loved this place! There was plenty of space for the nine of us. We watched the sunset the beach and hit the hot tub after playing games. We’ve saved this as a favorite.

We got lucky on the weather, but mostly our weekend was grand because the house was quite perfect. Karen and Guliz were great communicators, and the house is in such a nice location, and so well-appointed, that everything was better than we had hoped. We want to come back for our next reunion!
