The kitchen opens to a spacious deck with lounge chairs and a gas BBQ—perfect for relaxing and grilling. Upstairs, enjoy an open floor plan with a sunken living room, dining area, and a terrace for stunning sunset views. The primary bedroom on this floor offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath. Downstairs, you'll find three bedrooms—one with a full bed, another with a king bed, and a third with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. You will also find a full bathroom and laundry room in the downstairs hallway. The cozy den with a twin-size couch and queen-size sofa bed opens to a lush backyard featuring a yoga studio and hot tub.

Do not use of the fire place in the living room or in the primary bedroom. Please do not leave children unattended in the backyard. Shower before using the hot tub Always keep the hot tub closed when not in use. Only dogs smaller than 50 pounds No dogs on furniture. We will charge extra cleaning fee if the house requires extra cleaning due to sand, hair, on furniture, or stains from dirty paws, chewing, accidents, or poop left behind. Please respect the quiet hours. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.

We are in a neighborhood of people who enjoy the peace and quite of the Coast. Please respect our neighbors by keeping it down past 10 PM. Parties are not permitted at this house.
