We had a wonderful time at Karen’s place celebrating a family birthday. The layout of the kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for spending time together. Additionally, the hot tub was the cleanest we’ve ever seen at an AirBnB. Location was quiet and a short walk to the local coffee shop and several other nearby restaurants. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed to date!

We loved our time in El Granada and hope to be back! The two restaurants at the end of the street were fantastic, the house had everything we needed, and we were all very comfortable!

If you are looking for cozy this is your space. This tiny house was just the cutest! The pictures don’t do it justice. The outdoor patio is absolutely fabulous! The bed was comfortable with great pillows!! This was a very last minute reservation. We literally booked two hours before arriving. Guliz was very sweet, answered right away, had lights on as well as the fan. This cozy cottage is steps from the beach. The neighborhood is super safe, very quiet. What a beautiful experience! Highly recommend this tiny house!

We stayed at Karen's beautiful home while we were hosting some family from out of town. The home is modern, bright, spacious, and well maintained. We have stayed in the Half Moon Bay/El Granada area 1-2 times a year for the last 5 years and this is definitely one of the best places we've rented. The upstairs open floorplan was a highlight, with a high-end kitchen opening up to a large, comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean. The downstairs also had a cozy family room and led to the roomy backyard, perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. The house had everything we needed and more. The easy access to the shore, restaurants, shops, and parks was an added plus. Karen was a welcoming and responsive host, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her home or to stay here again.

My family loved this place! There was plenty of space for the nine of us. We watched the sunset the beach and hit the hot tub after playing games. We’ve saved this as a favorite.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the purple house. Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, and the house was so comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. We look forward to hopefully coming back here again for another peaceful staycation.

The house is in a great location for Half Moon Bay, easily walkable to the beach/gorgeous Coastal Trail, also walkable (~30 mins, or 5 min drive) to great restaurants. The house is well stocked and as described. The layout is a bit odd in that there is no bathroom accessible without going through one of the bedrooms, but it wasn’t a big deal for our group. The house was very dog friendly and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Overall great value and amazing location!

This was a great place to stay if your headed from San Francisco and don’t want to be in a hotel. Very comfortable with our pup. Would definitely stay again if needing a place to stay in the area.

We got lucky on the weather, but mostly our weekend was grand because the house was quite perfect. Karen and Guliz were great communicators, and the house is in such a nice location, and so well-appointed, that everything was better than we had hoped. We want to come back for our next reunion!

One of our favorite AirBNBs ever, and we have a lot of experience. We had terrible weather but the place was still amazing. Absolutely perfect location and such a lovely cottage to stay in. Gorgeous, homie, with everything you’d want/need. We booked our next stay before we left!!!
